Jaylaco Media & Advertising was founded in 2005 by Jay Morgan shortly after resigning from Clearchannel's WJLB. Frustrated with the creative limitations of radio, Morgan wanted to create an advertising agency that covered all creative fields of advertising and could service a more diverse collection of clients. His mission was to tell a deeper narrative in identifying the relationship between business and it's customers.

Morgan, who has worked in radio, television, billboard and magazine, in both the sale and creative sides, holds a unique set of experiences and expertise.  As the graphic editor for the Native Detroiter Magazine from 1999-2011, Morgan was responsible for creating several hundred advertisements for a plethora of companies and products.

Although his tenure has been in advertising, his first career was that of a music producer in the early 90s. Understanding the power and kinetic nature of music, he incorporates music and sound that affect the audience's nervous system, subconsciously activating and drawing them to that product and/or service. From voice over to original music score, we can facilitate any audio accommodation the advertisement requires.
